Pilates Fitball Floor Classes
Recommended for intermediate pilates students, the fitball work outs are a little more fast-paced and energetic than the other classes on offer at Free2Move. Great for improving posture, balance, mobility and core strength, and to get that heart rate up as well! Classes are run by experienced and qualified Physiotherapists, and groups sizes are intimate allowing for a personalised focus. This ensures that you are using proper technique and exercising safely.
As this is a more challenging class a one on one assessment with our Physiotherapists is highly recommended before enrolling.
What to bring and wear
You will need a non-slip exercise mat, non-slip socks and a fitball for this class. Bring your own or buy these items from Free2Move We sell a great range of Actimed fit-balls at our 150 Vincent Street office! We can even pump one up for you and make sure it’s the right size.
