In Person at the Chapel Space with Alison McIntosh, commencing 9th October 2021 at 9am. Price and free class depend on your selected option and are for the entire 10 week series.  Participants must successfully complete Level 1 or attend an individual assessment prior to participating. You can not add it using the cart in this shop. Please include your preference for the free class as a note in check out. Whichever option you pick, online classes will always be interchangeable with each other.

Pilates Level 2 Floor Classes

Following on from Level 1, this class is recommended for intermediate pilates students. Great for improving posture, balance, mobility and core strength. Classes are run by an experienced and qualified Physiotherapist, and groups sizes are intimate allowing for a personalised focus. This ensures that you are using proper technique and exercising safely.


As this is a more challenging class completion of Level 1 or a one on one assessment with our Physiotherapists is essential before enrolling.

What to bring and wear

You will need a non-slip exercise mat, non-slip socks a mini-ball and soft stability ball as well as a resistance band and tube for this class. Please also bring your own towel. All equipment except for the mats can be purchased from Free2Move at our 150 Vincent Street North Perth.
