This exercise requires you to balance your pelvis on the small unstable surface of the mini-ball with your legs in the ‘table-top’ position.
If you are really unstable on the ball, don’t do the ‘Toe Touches’ just practice holding the position until you can remain steady.
PLEASE REMEMBER: Listen to your body and don’t do anything that doesn’t feel comfortable for you.This is an intermediate level exercise.
