Session 7 – Your Adaptable Spine – Dynamic Axis of Support

Date: Monday 10th August, 6:00–7:30 PM Recordings available for 30 days following the Masterclass

True posture isn’t a rigid, straight line, it is a dynamic, shifting equilibrium. Your spine is a brilliant, undulating column of 24 moving vertebrae designed to distribute force smoothly from your tailbone to your head. In this masterclass, we will map the spine as an integrated whole rather than fragmented, aching parts. By discovering how a tiny movement in the pelvis reverberates all the way up to the base of the skull, you will tap into a deep sense of central support, agility, and resilient, light posture.

The Architecture of Ease Masterclasses

A Monday Night Online Masterclass Series — 2026

Across the series, we’ll explore:

  1. Feet & Ankles — transformation from the ground up – recording of March Masterclass available soon
  2. Knees — pillars of fluid support – recording of March Masterclass available soon
  3. Happy Hips — strength, balance and freedom of movement
  4. Pelvic Strength and Comfort — fluid, comfortable movement with smooth, even control
  5. Lower Back Ease — understand how your postural habits affect comfort
  6. A Flexible Chest — spacious, adaptable movement through the ribs
  7. Your Adaptable Spine — dynamic axis of support and adaptability
  8. Breath, Voice and Posture — integrated support from the inside out
  9. Neck and Shoulders — from tension to lightness and ease
  10. Hands and Arms — effortless reach and refined coordination
  11. Head and Neck — clarity, balance and ease in orientation

Together, these explorations help you see that strain usually comes from how you’re organising yourself, not from something being “wrong.” By adjusting how you support and coordinate your movements, you can find more efficient pathways. Those small changes often lead to more greater stability, improved posture, easier movement, and more comfort in daily life.
