Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Before Commencing Classes
You must attend an individual physiotherapy appointment before starting classes if:
- this is your first time attending a class, or
- you intend to claim classes through your private health insurer and have not had a goal‑setting appointment within the past 12 months.
You must complete an enrolment form before starting class and then once every 12 months.
Class Enrolment
- Classes must be booked and paid for in advance.
- Enrolments are not transferable to another person.
- Classes may be cancelled if there are insufficient enrolments or if the presenter is unable to attend. In these cases, enrolment fees will be credited to your account or refunded.
Cancellation of Class Enrolments
Enrolments must be cancelled in writing prior to the commencement of the first class.
- 7+ days’ notice: full credit
- Less than 7 days’ notice: 50% credit
- After classes begin: no credit or refund
Credits expire 3 months from the date of issue.
Exceptions may be considered for extenuating circumstances. Please email jodie@free2move.com.au.
Cancellation of Individual Appointments
Free2Move Physiotherapy requires more than 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual appointment. This policy ensures we can fairly compensate our physiotherapists, as staff must still be paid for reserved appointment times regardless of the reason for cancellation.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- If you cancel a website‑booked appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, a $10 administration fee applies to reschedule.
Missed Classes
Please let us know if you will be missing a class by:
- SMS to your personalised reminder number, or
- Calling 0405 97 22 11
No credits or refunds are available for missed classes.
Participation & Assumption of Risk
All exercise and physical activity carries inherent risks, including (but not limited to) injury, aggravation of existing conditions, or other adverse outcomes. By choosing to participate in any Free2Move class, workshop, programme, or online session, you acknowledge that:
- you participate voluntarily and at your own risk
- you are responsible for monitoring your own comfort, safety, and limits
- you assume full responsibility for any injury or adverse outcome that may occur
- you agree to release and discharge Jodie Krantz, Free2Move Physiotherapy, its employees and contractors from any and all claims or causes of action to the fullest extent permitted by Australian law
Personal Responsibility Policy
By attending any class or workshop with Jodie Krantz or Free2Move Physiotherapy, you agree to take full responsibility for your participation. While all due care is taken, Free2Move Physiotherapy, its contractors, and employees are not liable for any injury that may occur as a result of your participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.
If you have concerns about your ability to participate safely, or if you have a medical condition that may affect your participation, please seek medical advice prior to attending.
Participation in online classes is entirely at your own risk.
Online Classes (Zoom)
During online classes, the physiotherapist may not be able to see you clearly at all times. You are responsible for ensuring a safe environment and for monitoring your own comfort.
Please:
- avoid any movement that causes or increases pain
- stop immediately if you feel uncomfortable
- rest as often and for as long as you need
- stay within your easy, comfortable, and safe range
Participation in online classes is entirely at your own risk.
Multiple Class Enrolment Discount – Terms & Conditions
Free2Move Physiotherapy offers a 40% discount on all eligible items in your cart when enrolling in multiple In Person classes. The following conditions apply:
- The discount applies to all items in the cart except the One‑Week Trial of our Floor Classes.
- A minimum spend of $535 (before discount) is required to activate the offer.
- The discount is automatically applied at checkout once the minimum spend is reached.
- This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes.
- The discount is non‑transferable and has no cash value.
- Free2Move Physiotherapy reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
