Session 8 – Breath, Voice and Posture – Integrated Support from the Inside Out
Date: Monday 24th August 6:00–7:30 PM Recordings available for 30 days following the Masterclass
Breath and voice are the ultimate barometers of our internal state, yet they are deeply dependent on how we hold ourselves in space. This masterclass unifies the work of Term 3 by connecting your physical posture with the mechanics of self expression. We will explore how a released jaw, a responsive diaphragm, and an aligned spine allow your breath to drop low and your voice to resonate effortlessly. Discover true, integrated posture, not by “standing up straight,” but by finding a calm, powerful support system that supports easy, spacious breathing and authentic self-expression.

Together, these explorations help you see that strain usually comes from how you’re organising yourself, not from something being “wrong.” By adjusting how you support and coordinate your movements, you can find more efficient pathways. Those small changes often lead to more greater stability, improved posture, easier movement, and more comfort in daily life.
