Appointment Featuring Feldenkrais

Rooted in contemporary neuroscience, the Feldenkrais Method offers a gentle yet profoundly effective approach to improving how the brain coordinates movement and posture. By engaging in mindful movement, individuals can release long-held patterns of tension, reduce pain, and rediscover a sense of ease and fluidity that may have felt out of reach for years.

Named after its founder, Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais—an Israeli physicist, engineer, and judo master—the method integrates scientific insight with embodied learning. His pioneering work laid the foundation for a system that continues to evolve alongside advances in neuroplasticity and movement science.

Certified Feldenkrais Practitioners undergo rigorous professional training over three to four years, ensuring a deep understanding of anatomy, neurology, and somatic education.

You can experience this transformative method in two distinct formats:

  • Awareness Through Movement (ATM) Classes: Group sessions where participants are verbally guided through structured movement sequences designed to enhance sensory awareness and coordination. READ MORE
  • Functional Integration (FI) Sessions: One-on-one, hands-on sessions tailored to individual needs, offering personalized support for movement challenges, recovery, or performance enhancement. READ MORE
