Session 10 – Head and Neck Relief – Architecture of Ease

The Jaw Posture and Pelvis Connection

Date: Monday 2nd November 2026 6:00–7:30 PM Recordings available for 30 days following the Masterclass

Attempting to fix posture by pulling the shoulders back or strongly tucking the chin in often leads to persistent neck stiffness, tension headaches, or jaw discomfort. When we feel unsteady or uncomfortable, the nervous system naturally responds by tensing the neck or clenching the jaw. Unfortunately, relying on sheer muscular effort to stay upright compresses the neck joints and leaves the upper back feeling fatigued or achy.

In Head and Neck Relief: The Jaw, Posture and Pelvis Connection, we replace rigid holding with refined, structural support. Through gentle, relaxing movements, you will discover how a stable, responsive pelvis helps realign your spine and balance your head for greater lightness. This allows your jaw, face, and neck muscles to release subconscious holding and restore genuine comfort.

The Architecture of Ease Approach

In this upcoming masterclass, Head and Neck Relief, we explore the secret connection between your pelvic foundation, facial muscles, and neck freedom. To find effortless carriage of the head without strain, we must improve the coordination across the entire central axis:

  • Pelvic Foundation for Neck Freedom: The neck can only let go of chronic gripping when it feels supported from below. By establishing a solid, adaptable foundation in the pelvis and legs, the spine naturally supports the weight of the head, relieving the upper back and neck muscles from doing all the heavy lifting.
  • The Jaw and Facial Gateway: The facial muscles, lips, and tongue are rich in sensory and motor nerve endings, making them powerful gateways for the nervous system. Releasing habitual tension in the jaw through subtle movements of the tongue and lips directly signals the brain to let go of tension at the base of the skull.
  • Head and Neck Uncoupling: By uncoupling eye, jaw, and head movements, we differentiate the delicate joint at the top of the neck from lower neck bending. This allows your head to turn, tilt, and balance with fluid, weightless ease.

By improving the quality of how you organize these elements, you find an internal stability that feels supported yet light. You can move through daily life with effortless posture, maintaining comfort and freedom from the pelvis all the way to the jaw.

The Architecture of Ease Masterclasses

A Monday Night Online Masterclass Series — 2026

Across the series, we’ll explore:

  1. Feet & Ankles — transformation from the ground up – recording of March Masterclass available soon
  2. Knees — pillars of fluid support – recording of March Masterclass available soon
  3. Happy Hips — strength, balance and freedom of movement
  4. Pelvic Strength and Comfort — fluid, comfortable movement with smooth, even control
  5. Lower Back Ease — understand how your postural habits affect comfort
  6. A Flexible Chest — spacious, adaptable movement through the ribs
  7. You Adaptable Spine — dynamic axis of support and adaptability
  8. Breath, Voice and Posture — integrated support from the inside out
  9. Shoulder Stability Without Stiffness — more skill, less strain
  10. Head and Neck Relief — the jaw, posture and pelvis connection

Together, these explorations help you see that strain usually comes from how you’re organising yourself, not from something being “wrong.” By adjusting how you support and coordinate your movements, you can find more efficient pathways. Those small changes often lead to more greater stability, improved posture, easier movement, and more comfort in daily life.
