One Week Trial

Attend up to 4 classes in a week, subject to availability. A great way to try out our classes. Excludes workshops. To receive full benefit from our programme, you should complete the whole term of classes.

Put your preferred class and dates in the note field at checkout. Make sure they are in the same week. We’ll go ahead and book you in (and send a confirmation email) if there is a place available. If there is not a place available we will contact you by email to arrange another. Please note that you cannot attend Pilates Level 2 or 3 unless you’ve completed the previous levels.




The dates of the classes have to be no more than 7 days apart.

Individual assessment with one of our physios highly recommended prior to commencement, especially if you have a pain or movement problem. Our physios are happy to talk to you if you are unsure.

Completion of Level 1 or recognized prior learning essential for Level 2 and 3 Pilates classes.
